scheduling
To ensure that we can fully accommodate your needs, we ask that all appointments be booked in advance through the salon.
At the time of booking, we require a credit card number to hold the appointment and cell phone number so that you can receive automated confirmation texts from our booking system.
You must subscribe to our text service to receive confirmations. If you need to cancel, please call the salon at the soonest possibility.
cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so outside of the 48 hour window of your scheduled appointment.
A cancellation within 48 hours will incur half charge of scheduled services, and a cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment with or without a notification will incur full charge.
children
We require an age minimum of 12 years to service children. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
We request children do not attend appointments unless they have their own scheduled. While our focus is delivering exceptional service, we are unable to monitor the safety of your child in an environment that is not child-proofed. Hydraulic chairs, saddles, cabinets, equipment and salon tools are for professional-use only.
pricing
All pricing is subject to change based on the necessary measures and resources needed to reach the end result. Prices for salon services vary by stylist, which is determined by their demand. Please do not hesitate to ask about pricing!
payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal check (for returning guests) and cash. A $35 fee is charged for returned checks. K. Elizabeth Salon gift certificates may be used for all salon services, but do not include gratuity.
gratuity
Tips are greatly appreciated! Gratuity is exchanged separately from your service transaction. We personally accept cash, check, and tips through various electronic transferring platforms (Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo).
adjustments
In every service, communication between stylist and client is the foremost priority. We bear the responsibility for communicating, educating, and setting appropriate expectations for your end result. If the result falls short of the expectation, please inform us so that we may adjust accordingly and send you home happy. Your satisfaction is most important to us! We allow you to reschedule an appointment within 10 days of your initial service if there are any glitches with the result. Please note that we guarantee our Paul Mitchell color and texture services with the prescribed Paul Mitchell shampoos, conditioners, and styling agents sold in K. Elizabeth Salon and other licensed cosmetology establishments. We do not refund money for any services. If you miss your adjustment appointment, you relinquish the service.
