K. Elizabeth Salon aims to bring you an unparalleled salon experience, delivering true beauty through artistry, suitability, and innovation.  We request that you review the salon policies before visiting us, and we welcome all questions.

Scheduling

To ensure that we can fully accommodate your needs, we ask that all appointments be booked in advance through the salon. At the time of booking, we respectfully ask for a telephone number and email address so that we may confirm your upcoming appointment the day before.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so outside of the 24 hour window of your scheduled appointment.  A missed appointment incurs the charge at full price, and you must leave a credit card for future appointments.

Adjustments

In every service, communication between stylist and client is the foremost priority.  We bear the responsibility for communicating, educating, and setting appropriate expectations for your end result.  If the result falls short of the expectation, please inform us so that we may adjust accordingly and send you home happy.  Your satisfaction is most important to us!  We allow you to reschedule an appointment within 10 days of your initial service if there are any glitches with the result. Please note that we guarantee our Paul Mitchell color and texture services with the prescribed Paul Mitchell shampoos, conditioners, and styling agents sold in K. Elizabeth Salon and other licensed cosmetology establishments.  We do not refund money for any services.  If you miss your adjustment appointment, you relinquish the service.

Products 

K. Elizabeth Salon partnered with Paul Mitchell to bring you the best hair products and tools the industry has to offer.  Within our vast array of products, we will pair you with the right selection to help maintain the integrity of your hair and the lifespan of your services. If a product is unsatisfactory, please return it within 15 days for a refund, or return it within 30 days for store credit toward an alternative product. This credit may not be used toward services.

Pricing

All pricing is subject to change based on the necessary measures and resources needed to reach the end result.  Prices for salon services vary by stylist, which is determined by their reputation, education and demand.

Your Experience

As a team of seasoned professionals, we welcome you to experience services from more than one of our stylists if you feel the need for a fresh approach.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check and cash.  A $35 fee is charged for returned checks.  K. Elizabeth Salon gift certificates may be used for all salon services but do not include gratuity.  Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients, however all tipping must be done in the form of cash or check.

Children 

We advise children do not attend appointments unless they have their own scheduled.  While our focus is delivering exceptional service, we are unable to monitor the safety of your child.
