Karen Hobaugh

The “K. Elizabeth,” Master Colorist, Stylist

Hailing from one of Pittsburgh’s highest rated salons, Karen honed her craft while loving every moment of salon life. Advanced education through Paul Mitchell, Sassoon Academy, and Arrojo sent Karen to America’s many fashion hubs from coast to coast. In 2014, Karen auditioned for the elite team of Paul Mitchell National Educators and discovered the beauty of empowering local salons with the techniques that make her successful behind the chair. In 2016, the years of dreaming materialized; her salon was born. She describes her space as the lovechild of Andy Warhol and Lady Gaga, painted colorfully and celebrating pop culture, influential style icons and local artists.

Her specialities include dimensional blonding, grey formulation, fashion designs and anything scissor/machine craftsmanship.

Kaileigh Poole

Stylist, Salon Management

Kaileigh came to us straight from Raleigh’s Paul Mitchell School and brings a wealth of creative energy, passion for goth beauty, and a rib-tickling sense of humor.  While her purpose is to bring happiness and confidence to the individual, extra brownie points awarded to guests seeking mullets, shags and wild hues.  Throughout childhood, Kaileigh wrestled with the frustrations of stylist after stylist rejecting her aesthetic, and she vowed that she would specialize in serving guests of all style, particularly “the weirdos.”  Raised in small town South Carolina, braised in Richmond, and refined in Raleigh, Kaileigh’s aesthetic captures the nostalgia of southern culture with the provocative twist it deserves.
